Accessibility Statement

This Accessibility Statement by Readly AB ("Readly", "we" or "us") covers the e-commerce service provided by Readly on Readly.com as well as through Readly's applications on iOS and Android (each a "Readly Service" and together the "Readly Services"). The Readly Services are subject to certain obligations set out in Directive (EU) 2019/882 (the "European Accessibility Act" or "EAA"). This statement explains how the EAA applies to the Readly Services and how we plan/meet its requirements.

Description of Services and Applicability

Readly is a digital subscription service that offers unlimited, "all-you-can-read" access to thousands of magazines and newspapers. The service is available through app or browser. As Readly provides services at a distance, through electronic means, at the individual request of a consumer, we must comply with the EEA as an e-commerce service provider.
